WARRANTY
12 Month Warranty - The majority of parts sold by Diesel Pro Brands, come with a 12 Month Warranty (unless stated otherwise).
The warranty covers the repair & return of the warrantied part (if approved), or 1 replacement part within a 12 month period, at the discretion of our warranty department. (Parts damaged by external problems/circumstances will not be covered under warranty, ie., damage caused by contamination, poor maintenance of engine, etc.)
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Any part returned for refund within 30 days of purchase date, will incur a 15% restock fee, plus any shipping charges, if applicable. Part must be unused, clean, and returned in original packaging, otherwise return may not be accepted.
Any part returned for refund after 30 days, will incur a 50% restock fee, and the acceptance of the return will be at the discretion of Diesel Pro Brands returns department. Returns after 90 days are not permitted.
Special orders and bulk orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
CORE RETURNS / REFUNDS
Cores must be returned within 60 days, and must be a viable, rebuildable core.
By purchasing from Diesel Pro Brands, you are agreeing to the warranty/return/refund terms and conditions set forth here, and any legal processes, ie., arbitration/litigation related to these terms, will be deferred to a civil venue located in the city of Jacksonville, Florida only.
